I'm currently working with one of my clients in the manufacturing sector. Located in the west end of Montreal, this company is looking for a customer service representative.
Main responsibilities :
• Manage orders from internal customers (international customer centers)
• Generate sales through product information and support
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with his/her customers
• Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups
• Drive product engagement
• Support exploration product training
• Coordinate international deliveries with the logistics team
Training and Experience :
• University degree
• Three (3) years of related sales experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing business environment
Skills :
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong sense of urgency
• Excellent witten and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Knowledge of Office 365 and SAP
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong organizational, planning and control skills
• Passionate about completing tasks on time
PROCESS: Initial interview with Gabriel Lemoine, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.
