One of the keys to successful recruitment lies in mastering the context and the stakes of your needs. This is why we conduct a face-to-face interview with you, which is essential for understanding and defining your needs and expectations.This will allow us to better define the most adapted profile for the position you offer.

CANDIDATES' SEARCH
Depending on the position's needs and requirements, our recruitment process includes four types of research to select candidates:
- Search in our internal database: more than 10'000 candidates, all of whom have been interviewed individually and whose references have been taken.
- External databases, in particular the CV libraries of our partners.
- Internet ads on the Fed Supply website and those of one or more of our partners: Indeed, Jobboom, etc.
- Press ads in appropriate medias.
