In order to best meet your needs and expectations when recruiting an employee, Fed Supply has developed a process adapted to each company.

DEFINING YOUR NEEDS AND EXPECTANCIES
One of the keys to successful recruitment lies in mastering the context and the stakes of your needs. This is why we conduct a face-to-face interview with you, which is essential for understanding and defining your needs and expectations.This will allow us to better define the most adapted profile for the position you offer.

CANDIDATES' SEARCH
Depending on the position's needs and requirements, our recruitment process includes four types of research to select candidates:

  • Search in our internal database: more than 10'000 candidates, all of whom have been interviewed individually and whose references have been taken.
  • External databases, in particular the CV libraries of our partners.
  • Internet ads on the Fed Supply website and those of one or more of our partners: Indeed, Jobboom, etc.
  • Press ads in appropriate medias.

INTERVIEW WITH POTENTIAL CANDIDATES AND REFERENCES CHECK
Each pre-selected candidates are evaluated by one of our advisors in an individual interview during which their technical skills, experiences and personalities are assessed. The so-called administrative documents (diplomas, payslips, etc.) are validated and references from previous employers are taken with the candidates' agreement.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES
According to the profile and the conditions previously agreed upon, we will submit to you the application files: CV, accompanied by a detailed mission report on each of the pre-selected candidates and their references. We then organize, at your convenience, appointments with your HR department and/or operational staff.

HIRING DECISION : THE CULMINATION OF OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
When the candidate has been selected, following the decisive interviews that will have taken place, we assist you during the negotiations until the contract is signed.
