Logistics Operations Assistant
Your missions
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant to join our client, specialized in business services in Chateauguay.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your tasks are :
Plan the daily schedule of operations employees based on operational needs and customer requests.
You will allocate work routes for our drivers.
You will be one of the contact persons for our customers and will take their calls with a view to resolving problems arising on a daily basis and taking care of their new requests.
You will follow up with operations staff on customer requests.
You will be responsible for checking work and layout tickets.
You will complete operation reports as required.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with :
DEP in logistics, related studies or a minimum of two years' relevant experience in a similar position.
We are looking for a conscientious, self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English would be an asset.
