Procurement agent, raw materials Boucherville
Your missions
Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for a supply agent. The position is located in Boucherville and there is teleworking.
Reporting to the Supply Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
Procurement of raw materials and overheads;
Analyze purchase suggestions and send purchase orders to suppliers;
Analyze consumption forecasts and critical inventories;
Follow up on purchase orders, obtain confirmations and ensure that they are delivered on time;
Ensure that purchase prices respect the agreements in place;
Make minmax adjustment recommendations;
Communicate any supply problem to the team and propose solutions (availability, delay, quality problem);
Work with the buyer for the reduction of B/O;
Process tooling purchase requests for the plant (product research and purchase);
Manage supplier returns.
