Your missions

Our client is an HVAC/refrigeration manufacturing company. Located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC, they are looking for a Production Planner.

Here are the responsibilities of the position:
Optimally plan production activities based on priorities, production constraints, inventory levels, sales forecasts, etc.;
Prepare the production schedule;
Monitor production progress and make necessary changes to the schedule based on delays and priority orders;
Work in collaboration with the various departments such as: engineering, purchasing, production and sales in order to meet the customer's needs (quality/time/cost);
Validate and analyze data for material and component requirements planning (MRP);
Regularly communicate the progress of orders to key departments;
Produce and monitor production, logistics, planning and delivery capacity indicator reports;
Develop planning strategies;
Implementation of pull flow for production components;
Management of material flow processes between departments;
Participate in the continuous improvements of the department.

Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering or equivalent;
Between 3 and 5 years of experience;
Knowledge of HVAC-R (asset);
Knowledge of ERP systems (Syteline an asset)
Perfectly bilingual (French-English) orally and in writing;
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
