Your missions
One of our clients in the manufacturing industry is looking for a logistics coordinator.
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Logistics Agent will be responsible for
Shipment to site (finished products)
Ensure that transport is optimized to ensure efficiency
Transport coordination/planning
Responsible for shipping documents
Drafting documents for customs
Head of parcel management
Responsible for shipping and inter-factory transport
Creation of transport requests
Creation of packing lists
Transport coordination/planning
Monitoring of receipt dates
Responsible for managing the transport of external subcontractors (Projects)
Ensure the follow-up of the receipt of subcontracted elements
Transport coordination/planning
Responsible for modernizing the production planning process
Participation in the logistics flow improvement project (reception/warehouse/shipping)
Your profile
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or similar functions
College diploma (DEC) - Logistics and transport technology (or equivalent)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience in production planning (Asset)
Experience in inventory/store management (Asset)
Knowledge of the customs process (Asset)
