One of our clients, located in the heart of Mile End, is looking for a customer service agent. Their sector of activity is the distribution of finished products.
Reporting to the Director of Order Desk and Customer Service, the main responsibilities will be:
Receive and handle customer requests (order tracking, corrections, exchanges & returns, invoicing, complaints, etc.).
Communicate with customers for any initiative aimed at quality assurance and customer satisfaction (promotions, substitutes, surveys, etc.)
Provide support to the team in order to optimize customer service while respecting the specificities of the school market and other sectors
All tasks related to the finalization of customer requests, in relation to their orders
Experience in coordinating and/or supervising activities and/or people an asset
Trainer Skills
Completed high school diploma or equivalent,
Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written, (tests to be completed)
Experience in a call center or similar position a strong asset,
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
Strong customer satisfaction orientation
Ability to communicate with customers and solve problems
Motivating and keen to work in a team
Demonstrate empathy and diplomacy
Demonstrate resourcefulness and have a sense of organization
Be autonomous, versatile and dynamic
