We support one of our clients in the construction sector in their search for a Supply Coordinator for their teams located in the West Island.
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the incumbent of this position will coordinate, with the help of other team members, the inventory of assets in order to meet the needs of internal customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts, ensuring that all required information is included;
• Maintain up-to-date data in the system; assets, location, rental costs, certification, etc.;
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives;
• Follow up with Customer Service and other stakeholders involved;
• Follow up on orders and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines;
• Communicate with suppliers to implement corrective measures in the event of non-compliance;
• Assist in the verification of related billing;
• Participate in the collection of information to allow the analysis of the department's performance indicators;
• Actively participate, through their attitude and behavior, in developing and maintaining a respectful, harmonious and stimulating work atmosphere for everyone;
• Collaborate with all colleagues and promote teamwork;
• Perform their work with rigor and integrity;
• Carry out their tasks and responsibilities efficiently and with the will to perform well;

• Possess a Diploma in supply chain or any other equivalent training;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in the field of construction an asset;
• Knowledge and familiarity with inventory management software an asset;
• Ability to problem analysis and resolution, planning and organization skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (French/English);
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
