We support one of our clients in the Transport sector in their search for a Supply Advisor. The post is located downtown.
Under the supervision of the Head of Procurement, you will be at the heart of procurement activities and act as a procurement advisor for all files and projects for the acquisition of goods and services for the Transportation Equipment category. .
Your spots are:
* Build and maintain a solid relationship with the applicants, participate in defining their needs by making them aware of business opportunities and possible constraints.
* Analyze market trends and competitive positioning allowing the identification of opportunities
* Carry out the complete process of contractualization of needs, in particular by implementing the call for tenders process until the awarding of the contract;
* In the context of calls for tenders for professional services, act as selection committee secretary, ensuring the transparency of the bid evaluation system;
* Ensure the proper execution of contracts, in particular by participating, together with the stakeholders, in the evaluation of the performance of contracts and suppliers. Intervene in commercial disputes with suppliers;
* Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential suppliers;
* Support the implementation of Transport Equipment category management and apply the procurement strategies defined jointly with the Category Manager;
* Identify, analyze and implement cost optimization opportunities;
* Stay abreast of best practices and new developments in their area of expertise.
* Bachelor's degree in administration, law, engineering or any other related field;
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in public procurement and in the field of transportation.
* Excellent sense of priorities;
* Rigor, agility and autonomy;
* Ability to work under pressure;
* Good command of French and English, both orally and in writing;
* Good command of the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SAP.
