Your missions

We support one of our clients in the retail sector in their search for a Process Improvement Analyst. The position is located in Ville Saint-Laurent,

In collaboration with the process improvement coordinator, you will actively participate in the development and improvement of current and future processes and working methods by putting into practice continuous improvement concepts and tools. You will collaborate in the drafting of documents and the development of control tools. In addition, you will participate in the dissemination and adoption of good practices.

The main responsibilities of the process improvement analyst are:

* Participate in the identification of needs, diagnosis, recommendations, and the proposal of innovative solutions in order to optimize processes.
* Participate in the development and test of new solutions to ensure that they meet customer needs.
* Support the project team in the creation of reports and other documents (training, tools, etc.)
* Develop performance indicators and control tools following the improvements implemented and compare them to the established targets.
* Train and support stakeholders on new processes.
* Collaborate with supply chain and purchasing, IT, operations, marketing, other warehouses, and external suppliers.
* Exercising positive and unifying leadership in managing change, achieving objectives, and respecting the company's vision and values;
* Address the issues to the various stakeholders;
* Maintain excellent working relationships with all employees and company stakeholders;
* Apply supply chain policies and procedures;
* Perform all other tasks related to the position and its team assigned by the immediate superior

Your profile

* Hold a bachelor's degree in administration (operations and logistics management or industrial engineering)
* Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 2 years in process improvement and project management
* Mastery of MRP concepts
* Experience with one of the ERP inventory and warehousing software
* Experience in training and/or software development in a manufacturing or distribution context
* Bilingualism (English and French) both oral and written
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word and Power point in particular)
* Experience with Access data management software (asset)
