Your responsibilities include tending to an array of existing client and candidate portfolios while cultivating your own. You'll oversee the entirety of the business rapport, spanning from initial prospecting to rendezvous scheduling, from negotiation to fostering loyalty – whether engaging with clients or candidates.

Scouting and engaging candidates: Interviews will become second nature, and you'll adeptly cultivate trust with your conversational partners – particularly in domains like logistics, supply chain, customer service, and transportation.
Venturing into new clientele territory: At ease with your phone as if it were a limb, you're a standout prospector or harbor ambitions to become one!

The ideal candidate we're seeking:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (across various fields)
Fluent in both French and English
Demonstrates precision and the capability to meet demanding timelines
