We are looking to fill the position of Supply Chain Clerk for a client in the agri-food industry in the food industry located in Blainville.
- Check inventory levels at the warehouse daily
- Respond to customer requests for order tracking
- Preparation and follow-up of various sales reports on excel;
- Preparation of quotation letters to customers;
- Participate in price adjustments based on costing:
- Complete the various customer forms during price changes and make changes on the customer platforms as required
- Update the various product/price lists
- Periodic verification of inventory management reports to make the required inventory adjustments and inventory transfers between the different warehouses;
- Weekly transfers of manufactured products from the production system to the accounting system;
- DEC in accounting or administration
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Good data entry skills

- Knowledge of Excel and Word software
- Basic knowledge of English
