We support one of our clients, in the manufacturing sector, in their search for a Customer Technical Support Agent - located near Parc metro.
Post hours: 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. weekdays.
Our client is a designer and manufacturer of interactive entertainment equipment and accessories.
Your mission is to remotely resolve technical issues and provide full support to North American end users, (especially Spanish speaking customers/end users).
Your responsibilities are:
- process requests by telephone, e-mail and/or chat in accordance with existing internal procedures
- identify and escalate priority issues
- Accurately update the company database
- Language: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Education: DEC in electronics or computer science
- Passionate about technology
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Pack Office
- Knowledge of video games and game consoles
- Able to work in a team, rigorous and analytical mind
